The Dealership

Image
This building is based off of the set #307-2 VW showroom. I used a different window, and I do not have the dealer sign so I’m going to order a sign that says Automatiek. (Which means automobile) I think that would be good enough for a dealership. I think this building ended up pretty good, considering I didn’t have most of the right parts for it.

Blue roofed house

Image
This house has a blue roof, and very few buildings use blue bricks. It is one of the very few buildings to use the transparent garage piece. Using that makes this house complete. It didn’t take long because as I previously mentioned I found pictures of town plan set #842-2, and this building is from that set. Overall this building is very sturdy and it looks pretty good.

1969 service station

Image
This service station came with the 1969 town plan set #842-2. This building in the set doesn’t have any plates on the bottom, but without them it falls apart so I added some for support. I think it looks good, and it didn’t take very long to build because I found instructions for it online.

The church

Image
This build is based off of the church set, but it uses different windows. I built it pretty fast, and it’s pretty complicated compared to most of the buildings. I do not have any of the tall windows it uses in white, and I do not have the ANNO 1762 brick. I built it when I had minimal parts so it has some yellowing on it. But I think it ended up good.

The fire station

Image
I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a fire station, but the 725 town plan came with a fire truck and this building is somewhat similar to the fire station set so I’ll just be calling it the fire station. It doesn’t use rare parts, (most I’ve recently been building dont) and it was very simple and quick to build. It could be something like a car wash or a garage but I already have things too similar to that and I don’t have a fire station.

Mini house

Image
I’m not sure what this is supposed to be, but it’s from 725 town plan so I decided I’d build it. I just called it mini house. It was very simple and can be built fast without using many rare parts. I think it looks pretty good.

The garage

Image
This build was very simple and quick to build. It does use some special parts such as the garage plate and frame, but I do not have a door for it because I used it on the service station, but I hope I can get another soon.

The small store

Image
This build is very simple and doesn’t use rare parts as most do. It has a large display window on the back. I used a Cafe sign because I had an extra one and didn’t have any signs other than Esso Service and Garage.

The hospital

Image
This build is from the Samsonite town plan #725. It isn’t listed as anything but it resembles some kind of hospital so I decided I’d make it one. It ended up pretty good. It was pretty fast to build and just used basic bricks, so it was convenient.

Small houses

Image
These builds were quite easy to make and luckily didn’t use too many rare parts. They look good on the new layout that I’ve been making. I decided I might not use the town center or the harbor scene board because they cost as much as classic town plan boards.

Apartment building

Image
This build was slightly challenging at first but as I built it more it got sturdier. I think it looks very good, but it used up many trans clear and white bricks. I built it after the hotel tower collapsed but I got more bricks and rebuilt it.
