The cafe

 The cafe took me a while to get it perfect. But eventually I got it right. I saw on the box of the town plan set it has a ‘taxi’ sign, but I didn’t have it and I saw on vintageandclassiclego.com they used the cafe sign so I decided I’d make mine a cafe too.


This was probably the most complicated building in the whole town plan set. It took me about half an hour to get it right.

I have never seen very many pictures of this building online.

so it was quite hard to get the plates to connect and let the cars be able to fit in it.

also, I need even more transparent 2 x 2 macaroni bricks now.

HO scale cars

Since I haven't posted in a while, I thought I should finally show my HO scale Lego cars I finally managed to collect a little while ago!  The Mercedes 220S is by far one of my favorites! Its condition is very good and it rolls Well and still has shiny wheels  The Ford taunus 17M I acquired is almost perfect condition, still all shiny and clean looking. It's definitely my 2nd or 3rd favorite!  The VW beetles, short version and long version, are both iconic and well known vehicles. These ones I got are almost perfect, and they still have all the bumpers! Now this Mercedes 190SL isn't the best condition, having broken rear wheels and no windshield. Though I'm pretty happy to have one at all! And this, the Opel rekord 1958, is by far my favorite of all the vehicles I purchased. It's amazing 50s styling is perfect for the town plan, as well as it's perfect condition!

The garage

 This build was very simple and quick to build. It does use some special parts such as the garage plate and frame, but I do not have a door for it because I used it on the service station, but I hope I can get another soon.
